Club's vision is to
take the
concept of "Watch Heritage Club" international and have
members from atleast 40 countries.
According to Mr Yasho Saboo, President of
the Club, "Heritage Watches" are 40 years old or more.
They can be collectors pieces, and worth a lot of money, especially
if they have historical value, or they have technical "complication"
or are unique in some way. ........................................................................................................................................
Last year, in an auction in Geneva, Switzerland, the record
was established for the highest price for any wristwatch when
a unique, Patek Philippe platinum "World-Time"
watch was sold for SFR 6.60 million, approximately Rs 25 crores.
